This Case of the Quarter will educate the participant how to identify the recently recognized 2016 WHO entity, indolent T cell lymphoproliferative disorder of the gastrointestinal tract (T-LPD of the GI tract). The case presentation will include a discussion of the typical clinical, endoscopic, morphologic, immunophenotypic and molecular findings of T-LPD of the GI tract and the features that help distinguish it from more aggressive T and T/NK cell lymphomas.
