SH Membership Application
Candidates for full or associate membership must submit an application (PDF version) to the chair of the Membership Committee. The Membership committee will review the applications on a regular basis and transmit its recommendations to the SH membership for a vote by routine e-mail within 14 days. Approval of new members is by simple majority of the voting members. The President will send a welcoming letter to each new member. Applicants should expect this process to take anywhere from 3 months to four months depending upon the date the application is received.
SH Membership dues
SH membership dues are currently $80. Sustaining members are those individuals who elect to provide additional financial support to the Society ($110). Associate memberships for trainees are $25.
Dues can be paid online (see below) or mailed to the Society for Hematopathology, 33 West Monroe Street, Suite 1600, Chicago, IL 60603-5617.
Online Membership Renewal/Dues Payment- is now available through the ASCP. If you hav an ASCP login, use it to pay your member dues. If you don't have an ASCP login, follow the instructions to enter your last name and e-mail address, and a new, temporary password will be e-mailed to you. Do not create a new account. If you have problems, call ASCP Customer Service at 800-267-2727, option 2, and reference SH membership.

EAHP Membership Information
Hematopathologists and general pathologists with a special interest in hematopathology as well as researchers active in the field of hematology/hematopathology are invited to join the EAHP as a member, thereby supporting the EAHP in organizing scientific and diagnostic symposia and workshops as well as educational meetings in developing counties.
